What the timeline tells us
The public reveal came after several years of outlining and pre-production, not at the beginning of development. Even so, the press kit does not convert that history into a release window. A larger team and a Steam page are production signals, not a countdown.
The team size also gives useful context for expectations. Four people can create a distinctive authored game, but announced dates should still come from the studio rather than calculations based on the age of a project.
How this timeline is maintained
New entries belong here when they change the public state of the game: a dated Steam news post, a named episode, a launch announcement, a platform page, or a substantial official development update. Reposts and unsourced countdowns do not create separate milestones.
Dates are recorded as publication dates unless the source names a different event date. That distinction prevents an article written later from being mistaken for the day development work occurred.
